Even when projects are a success, it’s important to evaluate the things that could have gone better to enable us to learn and improve. A great couple of days was spent at Norwood Hall Hotel with the Odfjell Drilling Team carrying out an ‘After Action’ Review of their recently completed five yearly projects for the Mariner Platform drilling equipment.
In September 2025, CPOGS arranged, facilitated and recorded the entire review process for Odfjell Drilling. CPOGS Facilitators Diccen Sargent and Sue Gee were delighted with the positive feedback received from the Client Team.
